Handstand Tuesday

Kinda like Taco Tuesday, but with handstands. Just learning to walk here. A toddler.

Also did some barbell work:

  • Strict press: 10 reps at 65 lbs, 10 reps at 70 lbs, 8 reps at 75 lbs, and 6 reps at 80 lbs.
  • Clean complex: high hang clean + hang clean. 6 sets of 3.
    • loads were 55, 75, 95, 105, 105, 105
    • missed a few high hang cleans at 105. When the loads get heavier, I tend to panic and “pull and pray”. I need to just keep moving the same way, and not just dive under the bar
  • Clean lift off, with 2 second pause at knee. 4 sets of 5 at 155 lbs.
