Great Training Day

Sundays are usually good training days. Despite being tired and sore from the week, I usually sleep in a little.

  • Snatch with pause at knee, work to max.
    • Worked up to 105. Missed the first at that load, but then hit three there without problems.
  • Clean and Jerk singles
    • 3 at 130
    • 2 at 135
    • 1 at 140

These all felt really good (despite that miss at 105 on the snatch). 140 is the most I’ve cleaned in a while (since going back to improve my timing issues). It felt fine. Not as close to perfect as those 135s felt, but really good. I’m ready to increase these next week.

Been working on control and confidence.

Tomorrow is a much needed rest day.
